In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting our support team.

• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of your use.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on this Platform or any other gaming platform that shares a responsible gaming registry with to888.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of to888 or any of its affiliated gaming technology providers.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

to888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any point during the Account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our compliance team will result in Account suspension pending verification.

To access the full range of Services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply to all Accounts:

Each person may register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one Account — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated Accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. to888 bears no liability for losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach to our support team prior to the activity in question.

Accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your Account, your Account Balance, or any winnings to any other person. Any such transfer, or any attempt to facilitate one, will result in immediate Account closure.

to888 is committed to operating a safe, fair, and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, we apply internationally recognised Know Your Customer (KYC) verification standards to all Accounts.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any point during your Account lifecycle:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driving licence (SIM).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document confirming your residential address in Indonesia, dated within the last 90 days.

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmed receipt of funds by to888's payment processing system. In the event of a delay, please contact our 24/7 support team with proof of transfer. to888 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations. Standard withdrawal processing time is under 15 minutes for verified Accounts. Black Diamond VIP members receive guaranteed sub-5-minute processing. to888 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request before release.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, along with daily and monthly transaction limits, are published in the cashier section of your Account and may vary by payment method and Account tier. VIP members are eligible for elevated transaction limits as set out in the VIP program terms.

to888 reserves the right to refuse any deposit or withdrawal request where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, a breach of these Terms, or where the transaction cannot be verified against your registered Account details. to888 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by the specific terms published on each promotion's landing page. Where a conflict exists between these general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

Bonuses are available to verified Account holders who meet the eligibility criteria stated for each promotion. to888 reserves the right to exclude any Player from receiving a bonus where there are reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, collusion, or manipulation of the promotional mechanic.

All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement, stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means you must wager an amount equal to 30 times the bonus value before any portion of the Bonus Funds becomes withdrawable). Bets placed using real-money Balance do not contribute to Bonus Fund wagering requirements unless the promotion expressly states otherwise.

Participation in the to888 VIP program (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and invitation-only Black Diamond tiers) is governed by these Terms and supplemented by the VIP program terms published on the Platform. VIP tier status, benefits, and point balances are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the specific redemption mechanics provided within the program.

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game, market type, and Account tier. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. to888 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Players based on betting pattern analysis, without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of all associated bets and balances, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform on your behalf, including for bet placement, game play, or exploiting time-sensitive odds discrepancies.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional mechanic.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration, KYC, or at any subsequent point.
• Opening or using more than one Account, whether directly or through a proxy, family member, or associated party.
• Exploiting technical bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's software to accumulate winnings that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. For material changes that substantively alter your rights or obligations, to888 will notify registered Account holders via the email address on file at least 7 days before the change takes effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date.
